Breaking: Israeli supreme court rules against Palestinians in Susya

The Supreme Court gave an interim decision this morning in the appeal by the Zionist organization Regavim (demanding to demolish ‘unlicensed’ structures built by Palestinians). The court just ruled against the continued construction of buildings without permits.
The court also announced that it will hold another hearing in three months’ time in which it will receive an update on the situation in Susya. The judges Grunis, Meltzr and Barak-Erez voiced their “displeasure” at the continued “illegal” construction even after the appeal was filed by Regavim.
