A Palestinian was attacked by IOF soldiers earlier this morning in the village of Kharsa south of Hebron. According to Safa, the man, identified as 30 years old Fahed al-‘Awawdeh, was severely beaten by the soldiers and sustained a head injury as a result. He was taken to a hospital in Hebron.
The IOF in the meantime raided the village of Karza, south of Hebron, and Salam street in the middle of Hebron.
Settlers from Susya reportedly burnt crops in the Tuwaymin area (near Yata) which is adjacent to the settlement.
Today (Saturday) the IOF attacked participants in the weekly demonstration in Beit Ummar. The local spokesman for the popular committee against the wall, Yusef Abu Maria said that demonstrated carried banners and chanted in solidarity with locals Ahmad Khalil Abu Hashem and his two sons Muhammad and ‘Imad who are currently in Israeli prisons when Israeli troops attacked participants with batons and shields, causing several injuries and
bruises, and preventing the marchers from entering the village’s farmlands.
